It’s Electric

Plug into the bold, boundary-breaking world of Jazz Fusion as It’s Electric explores the moment electric instruments transformed jazz. Students will dive into groove-driven styles, amplified sounds, and modern improvisation while developing ensemble skills and creative confidence.

Charleston Jazz Academy’s Jazz Combo Camp is our signature summer program for young musicians of all levels. Through hands-on learning in improvisation, rhythm, music theory, and ensemble playing, students work with professional jazz artists in a fun, supportive environment—building skills, friendships, and a lifelong love of jazz.
