Lillian Hipp is a graduate student in the 4+1 Master of Public Administration program at the College of Charleston, where she also earned her B.A. in Arts Management. Originally from Maryland, Lillian enjoys playing her double bass, tending her plants, and exploring new places in Charleston. Passionate for education and advocacy, she is also the Graduate Fellow for South Carolina Arts Alliance- supporting the arts at the state level. She’s excited to begin supporting jazz education in the Lowcountry!
