Bryce Waldron-Noren has been a professional musician since he was 16. He began studying drum set in 3rd grade, and attended Charleston County School of the Arts through middle and high school studying percussion. Now a student at the College of Charleston and a full-time working musician, Bryce brings both professional experience and a lifelong love of music to his teaching. He currently teaches percussion at Moultrie Middle School and drum set at the Charleston Jazz Academy, where he works with students of all levels to develop their technique, musicianship, and creativity. As an active performer in Charleston, Bryce shares real world insights from his work at venues including Charleston Grill, Forte Jazz Lounge, and The Music Farm, giving his students a direct connection to the city’s vibrant music scene.
