Influenced by West African culture and European classical music, an adventurous new style of music emerged in America at the dawn of the 20th century. Jazz quickly found its way beyond the borders of New Orleans, emanating its sound and message around the world. Join the Charleston Jazz Express for WORLD OF JAZZ  – A Global Experience as we explore the international influence of jazz and the genre’s ability to unite people and cultures from all corners of the globe.
