Blues 301: Advanced – The Blues

Blues 301 is geared towards the advanced level musician wanting to learn more about improvising. Students will learn about chord substitions and other advanced techniques to apply over the 12-bar blues.

Requirements:
2+ year(s) of school music program/private music lessons and familiar/intermediate knowledge of the 12-bar blues

Registration Fee: $10 per class

June 23, 2020 | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
June 29, 2020 | 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Although we are unable to meet face-to-face, we are excited to offer our virtual Summer of Jazz Series. Topics range from improvisation, music theory, music technology, and jazz history.

These virtual lessons + workshops are for students of all ages.
